The F&B Outlet Manager will be responsible for the profitability, product, guest impression, and staff representation of the Forrestal Grille, Flight Martini Bar and In-Room Dining. This position reports to Director of Food & Beverage.

Solid scheduling skills & extensive knowledge of Micros systems.
Possess excellent safety and sanitation skills.
Hands on management style; this is a working management position.
Experience developing shift strategies.

Thorough understanding of HR requirements and regulatory agency requirements.
Ability to sell concepts and ideas to management, peers, and employees.

This position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
3-5 years of restaurant management experience required.
College degree or equivalent preferred.
